Funded by Workforce Solutions for North Central PA, ReadySetWorkPA is an online gateway to Job Searching, Job Training and Job Retention. This online tool is offered at no cost to its users and is internet accessible across all devices.

ReadySetWorkPA can be used as a resource to support Job Seekers and Students in their quest to become Job Ready. In addition to Job Seekers, the online tool also offers all users, including Training Providers, Employers, Social Service Organizations, etc. a vehicle for continuous self-improvement through a series of workshop activities.

All users will have access to 8 different modules that provide best practices, courses, printable worksheets and videos in areas such as interviewing, communication, resume writing and more. ReadySetWorkPA also offers links to various other resources such as My Next Move and PA CareerLink® to further explore career opportunities and identify skills to build the best “you”, so that you are empowered in your job search. The addition of Certificates of Completion adds to your job ready portfolio.
